Cannot recommend Yvonne enough! She is amazing! Willingly goes above and beyond for you to make sure everything goes smoothly. My favorite part about working with Yvonne is that she takes the time to properly educate her clients on the home buying process. This is invaluable when you think about the many people who go into this process unarmed with this knowledge. She also is not afraid to alert you to any problems she sees with a property! We quickly sorted out bad picks for us! We started with Yvonne in the Spring this year. We had to put a pause on our search due to pandemic related issues. But Yvonne was always happy to answer any questions in the meantime! Once we were ready we jumped right back out there and actually put an offer in on a place day 1! Due to some issues that no one could have foreseen that property fell through but Yvonne was ready and prepared just in case. We went right back and actually found a better place and we just closed today!
